Television Known Issues and Solutions

💡Important: Send a message to the user who has not logged into the new version, he will not receive it, and urge the contact to transfer to the new version.

Mobile version

  • [iOS] Sending message fails,  just quit the App and re-open to re-send. This problem will disappear slowly after a few days, because the keys of a large number of friends' devices need to be exchanged between systems.
  • [iOS] Can not receive push notification.
    Make sure you have installed the latest version  3.100.2(12), Then
    tap Television's top left avatar to enter Settings - Advanced - Reset push token

Desktop version

  • macOS and Windows version can't share desktop, please use browser version for emergency, will fix as soon as possible.
  • The searched contact's avatar is not clickable, please use the mobile version for the time being.
